WHAT HAPPENS DURING A SKIN CONSULTATION- AND WHY IT’S AN IMPORTANT PART OF ANY SKINCARE JOURNEY
A comprehensive skin consultation will enable your skin specialist to gain a deeper understanding of your skin. In turn, your skin specialist will be able to recommend skincare that is both safe and effective. A personalised skin care plan will be conducted specifically for your skin concerns and needs, and this is why it is vital not to skip this important step.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
The consultation lasts between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your needs and concerns. You will fill out a medical history form before meeting your skin specialist.

• Your skin specialist will create a friendly and relaxing environment for you, where you can share your expectations and ask any questions.
• They will listen to your concerns and examine your skin carefully, using their expertise and tools to assess your skin’s condition and needs.
• Your skin specialist will design a personalised plan for you, based on your skin type, goals, budget and lifestyle. They will recommend the most suitable products and treatments for you. They will explain how these work, what benefits they offer and how to use them properly.
• Your skin specialist will follow up with you regularly, to monitor your progress and adjust your plan as needed. They will celebrate your achievements and support you throughout your journey.
